StratA Talent is working with a leading Swiss bank headquartered in Zurich looking for a Team Leader with a focus on the Middle East & Turkey who will be in charge of further developing and strengthening the banks presence in the Middle East from Switzerland by focusing on bringing NNM to the organization whilst building a team to support this expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking;
Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention as well as team management experience;
Developed longstanding client relationships with a strong focus on the Middle East and/or Turkey market;
In a position to construct a business case outlining the targeted NNA to the bank but also indicating the planned number of Relationship Managers and Support Staff that will join with or immediately after the candidate;
The position has the option of being based in Zurich or in Geneva reporting directly to the Group Head of the Middle East and Turkey;
Strong command of English is essential and proficiency in Arabic is an added benefit.
