Strata Talent is working with a leading Swiss bank on a mandate for a Team Leader/Senior Private Banker who will be in charge of developing and further strengthening the banks presence in Latin America by focusing on bringing NNM to the organization whilst building a new team to support this expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention as well as team management experience
  • Developed longstanding client relationships with a strong focus on the Latam market
  • Possibility to present a business case outlining the personally managed NNA to the bank but also indicating the plans regarding the team formation
  • The position is based in Zurich
  • Swiss Work Permit is required
  • Strong command of English and Spanish is essential
