Strata Talent is working with a leading Swiss bank on a mandate for a Team Leader/Senior Private Banker who will be in charge of developing and further strengthening the banks presence in the Middle East and more specifically on GCC markets by focusing on bringing NNM to the organization whilst building a team to support this expansion.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention as well as team management experience
  • Developed longstanding client relationships with a strong focus on the Middle East market, more specifically within the GCC
  • Possibility to present a business case outlining the personally managed NNA to the bank but also indicating what is the planned number of Relationship Managers that will join with the candidate
  • The position is based in Zurich
  • Strong command of English is essential and proficiency in Arabic is an added benefit
