Strata Talent is working with a boutique Swiss private bank that is on the lookout to build on its existing presence in the CIS market. The mandate is focusing on ‘hunting’ Senior Private Banker with an existing portfolio of (U)HNWI clients from the CIS region and more specifically looking into Russia, Kazakhstan, and Ukraine.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention
  • Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • A trusted advisor and a longstanding partner to existing clients coming from the CIS region
  • In a position to onboard clients promptly
  • The position is based in Zurich
  • All clients need to be booked in Switzerland
  • Valid Swiss Work Permit is required
  • Strong command of the English language is essential while additional language proficiency for covered countries is a strong benefit
