Strata Talent is partnering with a leading, privately-owned Swiss bank that is on the lookout to expand and strengthen its presence in the Middle East. The mandate is focusing on ‘hunting’ Senior Private Banker with an existing portfolio of (U)HNWI clients from the GCC region.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention
  • Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking
  • A trusted advisor and a longstanding partner to existing clients coming from the GCC region
  • Able to present a realistic business case with a minimum of $150 million in NNM within the first 3 years
  • The position can be based in Zurich or in Geneva
  • All clients need to be booked in Switzerland
  • Switzerland work permit is highly desirable but not necessary
  • Strong command of the English language is a necessity while Arabic speaking capability presents a benefit
