Strata Talent is working with a leading, top-tier Swiss bank that is looking to expand and strengthen its existing presence in the Italian market with a new (U)HNWI cross-border project. The mandate is focusing on ‘hunting’ Senior Private Bankers with an existing portfolio of (U)HNWI clients from Italy, mainly with a possibility of being based in Lugano, Zurich, Geneva, or Milan.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention.
  • Extensive experience in wealth management and private banking.
  • A trusted advisor and a longstanding partner to existing Italian clients domiciled in Italy and/or Switzerland and Monaco.
  • Able to present a realistic business case with around or above $120 million in NNM within the first 3 years of joining.
  • The candidate can be based in Zurich, Lugano, Geneva, or Milan.
  • A Switzerland work permit is required for Swiss-based mandates.
  • A strong command of English and Italian is required.
