Strata Talent is partnering with one of the best Swiss banks that are on the lookout to strengthen its existing presence in key markets – Germany and/or Austria. The mandate is focusing on ‘hunting’ Senior Private Bankers with an existing portfolio of (U)HNWI clients from Germany and/or Austria with a possibility of being based in Zurich, Munich, or Frankfurt.

REQUIREMENTS:

Strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and client retention;
Extensive experience within the Wealth Management/Private Banking;
A trusted advisor and a longstanding partner to existing clients domiciled in Germany and Austria;
Able to present a realistic business case with around $150 million in NNM within the first 3 years of joining;
The candidate can be based in Zurich, Munich, or Frankfurt;
A suitable work permit is required;
A strong command of English and German is essential.
